Terapeuta infantil y adolescente

Would you like a part-time position, with or without the potential to work into a full-time position? Are you interested in treating children and adolescents? We are seeking a therapist to work as an independent contractor on Saturdays and/or after school shifts. There is availability to see adults and/or work additional hours and daytime hours if desired.

What we provide you:

• As an independent contractor, the flexibility to schedule your own individual sessions and family time off as needed.

• Flexibility to work additional hours as desired, with the potential of becoming a DBT therapist if you become interested.

• The support of an intake coordinator for intake calls and scheduling initial appointments. The support of a biller to submit and process claims.

• Secure office with window in an accessible building. If desired, there is a currently unused, large "art or play therapy" room with a sink that could be furnished as you choose for your office.

• A location with a large parking lot and plenty of room for outdoor sessions.

• Other therapists are in the building on Saturdays and evenings, to provide support and consultation as needed.

• Flexibility for video or in-person sessions as needed. 

 

Requirements:

 

• Therapist must be fully licensed to practice as an independent mental health therapist or clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois.

• Must be willing and competent to treat children and adolescents.

• Most children and adolescents require appointments during after school hours or Saturdays.

• Must have prior experience treating children and adolescents.
