A full-fidelity Linehan-Board of Certification DBT Team with several comprehensive programs for both adults and adolescents.

Support to be part of a team of DBT therapists with a common goal of high quality evidence-based treatment..

Consultation from other team members when needed. Current therapists have expertise in treating those with emotion dysregulation, trauma, domestic violence, grief, chronic medical conditions, chronic pain, addictions, legal concerns and more. We have decades of experience with health care professionals, first responders and veterans.

As an independent contractor, the flexibility to schedule your own individual sessions and family time off as needed.

The support of an intake coordinator for intake calls and scheduling initial appointments and a biller to submit and process claims.

Offices in our secure and all have windows. The building is accessible. The parking lots are large.

Flexibility for video or in-person sessions as needed. All DBT groups are video.
Requirements:

Therapists must be fully licensed to practice as an independent LCSW, LMFT, LCPC or Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois.

Willingness and ability to provide services of an adherent DBT therapist.

Must have prior experience providing CBT.

Therapist / Psychologist must be willing and committed to adhere to Marsha Linehan's model of DBT, including participation in our DBT Consultation Team meeting. Leading and co-leading DBT groups is an expected part of DBT service. We work as a team and much support is provided.
This position is for a therapist to participate about 50% of the time in our DBT programs and 50% of your time treating people within your additional areas of expertise. Preference is given to therapists who are available at least 24 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week, or some sessions on Saturday.
