Quality of Life

People seek mental health treatment for many reasons, ranging from life-threatening behaviors to seeking to learn ways to cope with challenges and be at peace with difficult situations that cannot be changed. Often a goal is to have an improved Quality of Life, or an overall sense of well-being, with the ability to enjoy life and relationships, and to feel fulfilled.
